Wanting to return something?

We offer quick and simple returns so if you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund and you can return your purchase up to 14 days from the day you purchased it. Simply fill out the Returns form that is included with your parcel or download a new form here Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card. 

Needing an exchange?

The quickest & easiest method of making sure you receive your exchange as soon as possible is to place a new order with us online and return your original order back to us for a refund (as above). Due to our high turnover of stock, this process ensures that you get your new items before they sell out in the size/colour you want. As placing a new order for under $100 will incur another postage fee, simply fill out the Returns/Exchange form that is included with your parcel or download a new form here. Michelle-ann does not pay for any postage costs for returning your original order to us or the re-sending of exchanged items.

Faulty Garments

Michelle-ann has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. For online orders download your claims form here to fill out and return to us with your faulty garment.

Where do you send your return?

Please post your return to; Michelle-ann Bras & Swimwear Attn: Online Returns 147 Main Street, Mornington Victoria Australia 3931 Often parcels get lost if you write 'Return to Sender' and we are not responsible to honour refunds if a parcel is lost in this way. We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. Or if paying a visit in store is easier for you, you are welcome to bring in your online order to be returned in store. Please remember to bring in your internet order invoice as your proof of purchase. Please note that refunds for online purchases will not be issued in store as all online returns are processed by the online customer service team.

When will my refund be processed?

As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued. We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible however please allow 3 - 5 working days for your return to be processed by our team. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us and we can look into this for you.

Conditions

Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions;

• Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached and in original condition.
• Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
• The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns and exchanges.

Free Shipping for all orders over $100

Michelle-ann offers express shipping for all Australian orders over $100. All parcels are sent via Australia Post and each parcel is completely trackable to your delivery destination. Please note that free shipping is valid on all orders over $100, after any discounts have been applied. All other orders within Australia, is charged at a flat rate of $10.00.

Order Processing

We understand that once you've found something you love, you want it straight away (because we are the exact same way), so we work hard to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. If you are in desperate need of receiving your order before your warm weather plans, just give us a call and we can give you a more precise timeframe and do our absolute best to ensure we get it to you on time.

Full Parcel Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on it's way! This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress.  You can track your parcel via Australia Post here.

Signature Upon Delivery

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number on the Australia Post website to track its progress.

Delivery to P.O. Box Addresses

PO Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses and all such deliveries will be signed for & delivered to your local post office. Please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status

International

Michelle-ann does not offer shipping outside of Australia.

Payments & Security

Payments at the checkout are made securely through Stripe payment gateway for all Visa and Mastercard payments. We take security extremely seriously so all credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation both by us and the credit card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.  We use industry standard 128bit SSL encryption to accept secure credit card payments. 128bit SSL is regarded as bank grade encryption and is the highest level supported by a standard web browser.  We will not disclose any of your personal data to other people/organizations.

Credit Card Fraud Checks

Here at Michelle-ann, we are very serious when it comes to the security of our customers so we have procedures to ensure all of our customers details are safe and secure. If we need to perform a credit card verification for your order, you will be notified via your contact email address. Your order will not be dispatched until the verification is complete. All orders may be subject to a Credit card security check.
